Inside sales
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing consistent sales and services assistance to existing and prospective customers. He or she maintains customer relations and participates in sales activities.
- Receive calls, orders and requests from new and existing customers
- Cross sell products and solutions to customers
- Prepare quotes and orders
- Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their orders
- Contact clients on a regular basis
- Ensure open lines of communication with existing customer base
- Review past client orders
- Support outside Sales Representatives when they are not available to attend to customer needs
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Time-management
- Sense of organization and priorities
- Ability to multi-task
- Team-work oriented
- Ability to perform simple calculations
- Ability to negotiate
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written)

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that the customer base and sales staff has a reliable resource for information and support. He or she fields customer calls, liaises with department managers and assists sales staff.
- Receive calls from clients
- Confirm or inform client of order status
- Follow-up with client
- Direct customers' questions or concerns to appropriate individual
- Maintain receiving reports, order status reports and purchasing reports
- Communicate with Production department regarding production schedule of labels
- Provide Sales Representatives with production schedule updates daily
- Access and maintain customer information to provide to Sales Representatives
- Process orders if Sales Representatives are out of the office
- Support the Sales department, as needed
- Carry out additional tasks as requested
- Verify the quality of the product as requested by the customer
- Make sure that the delay of production is respected
- Carry out of the costumer experience
